Pre-Production Project Manager Job Opening in minneapolis, Minnesota - Pre-Production Project Manager Ecreativeworks is a web development company that specializes in custom websites that are search engine friendly. A Pre-Production Project Manager is responsible for the overall asset collection coordination and organization of the website development projects. Responsibilities include things such as (but are not limited to): ?Providing external customer service and education ?Developing project timelines and project documents (including spreadsheets) ?Serving as liaison between the client and Search Engine Optimization team ?Tracking all production progress ?Spearheading client correspondence and documentation pertaining to the completion of projects ?Collaborating with other internal departments as necessary ?Reviewing of and correspondence to project scope and parameters ?Ensuring clients are well educated on the status of their projects at all times ?Organizing all client data (text, images, spreadsheets, etc.) and making sure it adheres to the proper guidelines ?Contributing to an ongoing improvement plan via partnership with all management teams to recommend ideas for continually improving internal systems, website deliveries, etc. Required skills include: ■Strong attention to detail ■Excellent customer service and communication skills ■Strong skills in Excel ■Aptitude in Word, Outlook, etc. ■The ability to manage multiple projects and requests at one time ■Strong integration with existing processes and procedures ■Basic knowledge of website development ■Ability to learn quickly You experience the type of projects we build please chekc us out at Please send a cover letter that includes your salary requirements with a resume to .
