Sales Assistant Job Opening in Sarasota, Florida - ID&C is a 22-year-old wristbands and credentials company with headquarters in the UK. We opened our US branch in Sarasota, FL just one mile from the Sarasota International airport two years ago. Main Tasks Related To Roll:
Process Sales: Manage inbound telephone calls, assisting the sales team with creating quotes, process website sales, manage repeat business lists, and raise orders on CRM system. Take & record credit card payments, send order confirmation support credit control process, reply to personal email inquiries, instruct logistics to raise purchase orders. Provide clear and accurate pricing and product information.
Process Quotes: Process email, website, and telephone inquiries. Follow up responses if unanswered, help the sales team create sample packs for a potential customer. Provide clear and accurate pricing and product information, send & chase customers for artwork mock ups
Process Sales: Take telephone sales, process website sales, manage repeat business lists and develop accounts. Raise orders on CRM system, take & record credit card payments, send order confirmation support credit control process, reply to personal email inquiries, instruct logistics to raise purchase orders. Provide clear and accurate pricing and product information.
Manage Production Timelines with Customers: Raise inquiries with suppliers, confirm lead times where necessary and inform customers throughout the production process to ensure orders are on time. Escalate large pricing issues with Sales VP.
Quality Control: ensure all purchase orders are checked against sale orders on sage, check pending orders, chase payment, and check stock.
Manage Customer Complaints: Orders delayed, quality problems, check courier website to get update on delivery and use logistics only where necessary
