Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medical Suite Job Opening in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania - FUll TIME LPN FOR RETIREMENT COMMUNITY MEDICAL OFFICE
We are seeking a profession LPN to deliver five star healthcare services to the residents in Independent Living. The focus of this position is to enrich their lives and protect their health and safety by providing high quality, professional nursing care as directed by the Nurse Manager and prescribed by the physicians and is in compliance with both standard nursing practice and all regulatory standards. Hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 10:30am-7 PM and Friday 8am-2pm
This position will:
To ensure the health and safety of residents through the accurate and timely triage of residents and management of residents' needs.
Follow the lead of the Nurse Manager and Physician's to deliver high quality care as measured by performance evaluations.
To accurately maintain and document resident's needs, services provided, and status in residents' records and collaborate with Nurse Manager and Physicians as necessary.
REQUIRMENTS INCLUDE:
At least 1 year experience as an LPN in a long term care setting or medical practice office preferred.
Licensed LPN in the state of Pennsylvania.
Clinical/Technical skills including performing EKG's, application of treatments, and medical documentation.
Technologically comprehensive in Electronic Health Record systems.
BLS for health care providers, CPR certification and First Aid.
