Entry Level Managed Services Sales Associate Job Opening in Shelton, Connecticut - Position Description
Entry Level Managed Services Sales Associate : Responsible for client acquisition and selling of PCS Managed Services product offerings.
Must be able to work effectively with all levels of management, customers and professional staff in the sales of PCS Managed Service Offerings
Position reports to the Director of Managed Services.
Specific Responsibilities:
Responsible for establishing new accounts and solidify current relationships.
Cold calling and net new client reach outs.
Responsible for maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor throughout the sales staff and office.
Act as sales liaison and account associate for our clients.
Participate in vendor seminars, Web Training and conferences to insure and meet customer and PCS performance and knowledge levels.
Responsible for research of new clientele, opportunities and communications to enhance the business value of our Managed Services department.
Interface with PCS team and clientele on a regular basis insuring customer satisfaction as it pertains to our Managed Service Offerings.
Effectively work on client acquisition, cold calling, events, social media and email.
Contribute to and support the implementation of change programs to help the customers and PCS achieve its vision and goals.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
This is an Entry level position, must have a knowledge of computer technology, MS Office applications, hardware and software fundamentals.
Must possess excellent written and communication skills.
Must demonstrate capacity to effectively multitask.
Must be able to work closely and effectively with clients, management, members of the business community, peers and vendors to maximize value to PCS.
A bachelor?s degree with Sales, Marketing and or Systems experience is required.
