We currently have a team of three incredibly-talented engineers that will grow to seven (including you) before the end of June. Our current staff just wants to build, not manage, and although we love engineers that are wired that way, we need someone to run the team who is exceptional at both writing code and managing those that do. About You: Can-do attitude with a desire to lead by example, and with humility. Ability to tackle complex issues independently and take initiative without direction. Ability to manage yourself and your team through the normal multi-faceted demands of a given day at a rapidly-iterating and dynamic small company with lots of Type A personalities.
