Scheduling Coordinator Job Opening in Hermitage, Tennessee - Local company is searching for a full-time Staffing Coordinator. The Scheduler is responsible for the daily scheduling of caregivers through the use of a computerized scheduling system. This is an entry-level position and there will be on the job training.
MUST HAVE SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE IN HOME HEALTH CARE
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating schedules and documenting changes in the database system
Managing both incoming and outgoing calls to staff and clients
Coordinating schedules and documenting changes in the database system
Handle filling open shifts daily when caregiver calls out
Answer phone calls after hours and deals with client and staffing issues
Must be able to occasionally work in a home.
Must be able to be on call during the week and weekends
Other duties as necessary

Ability to apply basic skills relative to office administration.
Must possess personal qualities related to respect for the rights and confidentiality of others.

Must possess strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with others.
Must have scheduling experience
Must be flexible
Must have a valid Driver's License, up to date vehicle insurance and must be able to pass a background check. This job requires high speed internet. Competitive pay with incentives.
