Director, Product Management - Billing & Payments Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Amazon Web Services is looking for experienced product leader to help define and build the future of AWS commerce technology. The AWS Commerce Platform team is focused on enabling developers and software companies to easily distribute, and make money from their cloud-based products; and enabling consumers of cloud-based software to evaluate, buy, and deploy even the most sophisticated cloud architectures.
We are looking for a talented and seasoned technical product leader (manager of managers) who will own and drive product management across a range of offerings. You will have strong ownership over customer interaction, sales enablement, and team management. You'll work closely with a diverse, tight knit, agile team that ships, and you will be able to directly see the impact your leadership has on customers. This is a senior leadership role that will interact with all levels of the AWS and businesses.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of business management experience preferably with internet businesses
10+ years? experience with building and leading diverse product teams with an emphasis on scaling them to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business
10+ years of experience translating customer needs into features, pricing models, and merchandising opportunities to deliver an unparalleled customer experience
Financial services/payments, e-commerce, and commerce platform industry experience a strong plus
