Estimator Water Works Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Estimator Water Works Trident Water Works, a division of Consolidated Supply Co., is seeking a Water Works Estimator. Qualified candidates have knowledge of building products and/or water works product knowledge. Those with estimating experience in construction trades will be considered. This is a great opportunity for recents trade school or college graduates in the construction mangement, drafting or engineering field or individuals who are ready to use their water works field work experience and knowledge in the comforts of an office environment. Major Responsibilities: *Be an independent worker with the ability to read and interpret civil and mechanical technical documents (plans/drawings and specifications) and provide list of materials (�take-off�) and quotations from such data to contractors *Preferabley have an education in engineering, construction management and drafting or the equivalent in job related experience estimating projects in the building industry *This position works closely with contractors and our branch and corporate teams to ensure proper and timely ordering of materials, submittal data and shipment of quoted material to customer�s satisfaction. *Must be detail oriented with a passion for providing superior customer service, and have the ability to successfully manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively *Excellent computer skills required.
