Experienced F/T Baker Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Experienced F/T Baker EXPERIENCED F/T baker needed immediately Blazing bagels is searching for a quality baker who's not afraid of hard work and working hard. We are a bakery specializing in bagels We are a high energy bakery and you will need the following to work well with us ... Commercial oven experience. We use Revent rack ovens. Bagel (and/or bread) baking experience is a huge plus. (Baking bread in your home isn't the experience we're looking for) This is a graveyard shift (approx 10p-6a), 5 days a week. You would be working alone a couple nights and with help on the other nights. You would need to be able to manage time efficiently as well as being a self motivator. Non smokers are preferred Must have (or get) a food handlers card Reading and speaking English is a must You must be able to pass drug testing Be physically able to work on your feet for your entire shift (on cement floors) Have no problem lifting 50lb bags Being reliable and dependable is a huge must with this position. Have a sense of humor as well as common sense. You will need patience and be able to handle stress at times We want someone who takes pride in what they produce.
