Quality Control Specialist Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Quality Control Specialist New Leaf Property Preservation Specialist is currently hiring quality control processors. New Leaf manages maintenance and repairs on thousands of properties throughout the Pacific Northwest and is in need of individuals that are capable of reviewing photos submitted by field contractors and verifying that the work was done correctly and to client specifications. Previous construction and/or maintenance experience is helpful but not required. Job duties will include: -reviewing, labeling, and uploading digital photos -creating and organizing files -creating invoices -filling out report forms and documents -submitting digital files within various database applications -communicating and coordinating with field contractors -coordinating repairs and scheduling Skills required: -above average computer skills -ability to communicate effectively -Microsoft Office Suite -ability to create and use Excel spreadsheets -attention to detail This is an entry level position in a very fast growing company.
