Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Provides customer service and conducts outreach calls in a call center environment. Communicates with a wide variety of external contacts including members, providers, and facilities. Schedules and tracks potential appointments for a network of contracted providers. Communicates with internal clinical and operational staff. Responsible for record keeping and entering information into both a client data base and internal system.
Experience:
Healthcare Customer Service Representative
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of healthcare experience
Experienced in data entry
Strong computer skills- very important (office, excel, etc)
Communication skills
Must be able to Multitask
