Sales Associate Outdoor Power Equipment Job Opening in Berea, Kentucky - Berea Ace Hardware is seeking someone that is enthusiastic and passionate about Outdoor Power Equipment. You must be focused on customer engagement and responsible for ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is experienced by our customers.
Requirements:
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Must be able to multi task
Must be organized
Knowledge of POS systems, online part lookups and Microsoft Excel
Able to lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs, plus work outdoors and indoors in all weather
Must be willing to work longer hours and Saturdays & Sundays - REQUIRED.
Excellent communication skills for answering phones and customer service
Ability to sell wholegoods to the end user and close the sale
Maintain merchandising, cleanliness and tidiness of parts bins, parts counter and sales floor
Be capable of managing difficult or emotional customer situations
Must have a positive attitude and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
Berea Ace Hardware is a Sales & Service business for Outdoor Power Equipment.
We sell Stihl, Scag, Toro, Echo and Trailmaster go-karts.
Previous experience is Outdoor Power Equipment a plus, but not required
Previous parts counter sales experience a plus, but not required
Knowledge of two and four cycle engines, zero turn mowers and hand-held power equipment
Fork Lift experience.
Normal Work Week: 40 to 45. Off on Tuesday & Wednesday.
