The RN Unit Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of care within one of our 60-bed long-term care nursing units, with emphasis on managing clinical outcomes. Additional responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:
supervising, coaching, and counseling staff,
leading by example in an effort to foster an environment of teamwork between management and staff,
promoting a customer service focus, and maintaining a positive culture
providing general nursing care to patients in accordance with MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures
assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
We are looking for caring, registered nurses with a minimum of 3 years RN management experience, as well as strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
**RN Licensure required**
