The position begins as a Team Member with the opportunity for quick promotion. While learning and training under our system and company structure, you can earn the opportunity to become a Supervising Manager in as little as 60 days! This promotion to a Supervising Manager is based entirely on what you do with what you have been trained on, in other words it's a self promotion. Our promotions are not based off of who you are or what you look like but on what you do!!
After promotion to Supervising Manager , you would work hand-in-hand with the recruiting department to find and train top notch bilingual employees. Supervising Managers provide new hires with the needed guidance, support and encouragement during their first weeks.
Our managers also participate in accelerated management training, and are encouraged to be innovative and create in their training.
Primary duties include:
- Overseeing of comprehensive company approved training program that includes field training and online training for new employees.
- Ensuring that our system based training is utilized according to company standards.- Creating and developing of office specific new training material.
- Participating in weekly Agency training.
* Average income range $35,000-$50,000 Annually.
