Retail Sales Associate Job Opening in Mustang, Oklahoma - At the Beach Tanning is looking for part-time retail sales associates. We are one of the nation's largest independently owned and operated tanning chains with 55 locations in 4 states. Founded in 1987 our rapid growth has made us a leader in the tanning industry. Our salons are equipped with state-of-the-art tanning equipment. From UV to UV Free options, our customers get the best product and service available in the Denver Metro area. All At the Beach staff are highly trained and focused on not only sales but the overall customer the Beach Tanning is looking for outgoing, energetic positive associates to accurately represent our brand, conduct sales with a focus on increasing profits, and give wonderful customer satisfaction. The ideal applicant will be motivated to set and achieve sales goals, thrive in a goal and metric driven environment and work well with a fun team. Individuals in this position will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a position with our management Associate Job Description: Meet sales goals and other performance criteria by interacting with clients and learning from manager trainingCompletes company operational requirements assigned employeesMaintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirements Assist in maintaining a clean, adequately stocked, organized , well-kept and customer ready salonEstablishes rapport with customers building loyalty and long term in a positive, motivating, team based environmentResolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner or replay to the Manager Handle all monies at the POS and drop depositsSales Associate Qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalentMust be 18 years oldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven experience in retail/customer service environment with success in a metrics based environmentMust be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for +hours per dayMust be able to lift 25 pounds without assistanceReliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekendsTanning at the Beach offers a comprehensive benefit package for all full-time positions including medical, dental, LTD & STD free tanning, product discounts and a fun, competitive environment.
