Regional Sales Manager Job Opening in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Heartland Heritage is looking to IMMEDIATELY hire 1-2 business-minded individuals to help grow a new agency in the Oklahoma, OK area. We are a successful and driven agency with offices in 5 states (IL, TX, OK, IN and MO.)
We train our partners to sell at a high level, while building and managing multi-million dollar agencies. *We build agencies in our home territories, and do not travel extensively.
We do not represent AFLAC, Platinum, GTL, or Washington National (PMA USA.)
We are looking for someone who is outgoing; a natural leader; has a past track record of success; has an entrepreneurial mindset; wants to make a positive and lasting impact in life; and wants to get paid what they're worth. We are also looking for one who is interested to move into a regional management position within 3-6 months (average income for regional managers is $125k+.)
Direct sales experience is a plus, but not required. First year avg. compensation based on a 40 hr per week work schedule is $65,000-90,000, not including monthly bonuses and paid vacations.
