Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - Outside Sales Manager Purpose:
Unlimited Prepay Distribution is actively seeking a top wireless sales professional to call on dealers in our Chicago, IL, Indiana, and Wisconsin territories. This position is responsible for the successful development and execution of sales objectives within an assigned territory using a collaborative business consulting approach. The Outside Sales Representative creates unique value for our customers by providing support before, during, and after the sale.
Reports to: Director of Business Development
Outside Sales Manager Job Duties:
Responsible for territory development and building strong partnerships with dealers to promote account and business growth.
Find new prospective customers
Work in collaboration with various internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction/ needs are met, while maintaining company policies and procedures
Continuously analyze customer business (inventory, sales trend, financial status, customer satisfaction, etc) and suggest mutually agreeable business solutions to develop their business
Educate and train customers on product, business development, and company services as resources to develop their business
Create, implement, drive local sales strategies
Help current dealers with potential growth and expand their business under UPD
Possess current knowledge of all UPD product lines, services, and carrier information, their distinctions and all pertinent territory information relevant to the business
Maintain insight of territory, customer, and product trends
Maintain current knowledge on competitive area information related to carriers and distributors
Effectively use technology to create efficient communication channels for customers
Some travel required (local and long distance)
Communicate weekly sales activity to the V.P. of Business Development
Outside Sales Manager Requirements:
Field sales experience preferred
Experience in prepaid wireless industry is a plus
Able to learn computer processes quickly and efficiently
Excellent people and communication skills
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to demonstrate a high degree of personal organization & motivation
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must have own transportation
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
