Territory Sales Manager - East Coast Job Opening in Cedar Knolls, New jersey - JOB TITLE: TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

OVERVIEW:
Building outstanding long-lasting relationships with key decision makers inside of Fertility clinics so that they are more likely to refer patients in need of fertility pharmacy services.
Essential Duties and Functions
Create, plan, direct, coordinate and implement external sales activities for the routing involved in selling Fertility Pharmacy services in an assigned geographical territory.
Introduce, inform and exceed assigned quarterly revenue goals by promoting services to current and prospective referral sources. Seizes opportunity and knows how to sell in this fast paced, highly competitive specialty.
Develop and implement long/short term sales strategies for growing regional market share to meet and exceed assigned quarterly goals.
Grow fertility business through strategic sales of financially significant business.
Hands-on involvement in a variety of selling opportunities including at regional and/or national Fertility Symposia and interaction with colleagues in the field.
Thoroughly able to comprehend the magnitude of existing opportunities within assigned territories and leverage unique talents and past sales experience to drive sales, business development, brand recognition, respect and appreciation.
Understands all of Fertility Pharmacy?s programs, unique differentiators from that of our competitors and is able to leverage against the competition to drive sales and exceed projected goals.
Ability to travel 100% within assigned territory
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Sales or related field preferred.
A minimum of two years of experience in Fertility or Specialty Pharmacy Sales preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including Multi-Media presentation skills
Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public, medical staff, competitors, co-workers and other healthcare professionals
Demonstrative verifiable experience and the ability to grow sales in the specialty of Reproductive Health\
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Professional appearance
Solid communication skills both written and spoken
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
· Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
· Ability to operate a motor vehicle
