Seafood Sales Job Opening in Asbury Park, New jersey - Local 130 Seafood is a growing seafood distribution company that sells local and sustainable catch to restaurants, farmers markets, institutions and through our retail store. We work hand and hand with local fishermen and bring domestic catch to the people. We are looking for an outside sales rep with experience that can build a book of new business and manage existing accounts. We are not like most companies, as we are a small business with a very positive optimistic vibe. Seafood knowledge and experience is key. Must not mind getting dirty. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and grow with a company.
Seafood is a demanding industry it calls for late calls, early mornings and lots of labor. We are looking for good humans, we can train the right person but hustle is mandatory. We are growing and looking for someone that can help us get to the next level.

Daily chef correspondence
Cold Calls a must
Street sales to new upscale restaurants
Knowledge of seafood
Ability to learn on the go and retain information
Ability to lift 60 lbs
