As a call center agent you will:
Must be flexible to work different shifts during the week If needed
Successful candidates should feel comfortable working in a patient care environment and combine an outstanding work ethic with a passion for servicing patients by delivering high-end quality of customer satisfaction
Meet departmental quality assurance metrics
Follow Call Center Scripts and TVR Hospital Business Rules
Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a structured, contact center environment
Interface with hospital/nursing home admitted patients and their administrative staff
Process customer payments over the phone using credit card/debit card. Activate/deactivate Television and Telephone services; issue credits, answer billing inquiries and provide Level 1 troubleshooting for out of order service issues
Maintain up to date working knowledge of TVR processes and all hospital business guidelines
Problem solving skills (i.e. customer complaints, competitive issues)
Perform basic troubleshooting and work with our support group to resolve any technical issues affecting service to the patients
Record all inquiry and complaint information in their appropriate databases
Retrieve, review, verify, collect, record and update customer information in multiple databases
Understanding of TVR Communications products and services
Hours of Operation:
Flexible Weekdays,Saturday or Sunday preferred. One weekend day is required.
Part time shifts run 8 1/2 hours a day:
Shifts begin, between:
12:30pm-9:00pm
1:00pm-9:30pm
1:30pm-10:00pm
Pay Rate: $12-13 per hour based on experience; extra hours available when needed
Required Criteria:
High school diploma or equivalency
2-3 years of Inbound Call Center experience required (100-150 inbound calls per shift)
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus +
Excellent team player
Strong Computer skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, listening)
Desire to spend time sitting for sustained periods of time
2 years of demonstrated multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
Understanding of and ability to articulate call center
