IT Service Delivery Director Job Opening in Little Rock, Arkansas - The IT Service Delivery Director will report to the CIO and be responsible for ensuring effective oversight and management of overall demand within the IT department. Demand oversight will include projects, break-fix and tickets within the enterprise ticketing system. This role will ensure the creation of meaningful reports and metrics to reflect status and resource allocation for the overall IT demand. This also involves close communication and collaboration with HealthSCOPE leadership to ensure alignment with priorities and raising awareness with IT leadership when there are potential deficiencies in resources. This position will meet with applicable stakeholders on a weekly basis to maintain proper visibility and alignment.
Essential Functions of Job:
Evaluate project status, and ticket backlogs ensuring proper communication and expectations are being delivered
Work with IT and Business stakeholders to analyze day-to-day priorities as well as long-term priorities
Collaborate with stakeholders and CIO to ensure resources are being directed appropriately
Serve as point of contact for key project and ticket status, escalation and resolution
Maintain accurate reporting of overall open, unresolved tickets
Work with leadership to verify and continually align priorities
Generate reports for various area leaders relating to project and ticket status, prioritization, resource allocation, etc.
Collaborate regularly with CIO and other IT leadership on overall demand and fulfillment needs
Ability to report to the office
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree with emphasis in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar field. Experience considered in lieu of degree
Effective organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to function as a positive team member
Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, MS Project)
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) considered a plus
Experience in Project Management
Knowledge of Business Process Improvement
Superior investigative and analytical skills at a major project level
Healthcare industry experience considered a plus
Minimum of 5-7 years Managerial experience preferred
10+ years of Industry related experience in managing strategic projects, or other health care project related experience preferred
