Maintenance Technician - Groundskeeper Job Opening in Searcy, Arkansas - This position will support maintenance needs for a behavioral health and substance use disorder organization. The area supported will be primarily in central and southern Arkansas. The individual must be able to identify, prioritize, initiate, and complete maintenance related tasks independently in a timely manner or within designated timelines in the most economic way. May be needed to supervise other maintenance personnel. Must be able to coordinate work time and travel effectively. Daytime travel and some overnight stays will be necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in field.
Minimum of High School education or equivalent required.
Must be 21 years of age and have valid driver?s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
