Job Description
Belle Medical is a quickly expanding company in the aesthetic healthcare space, specifically in body sculpting and will be opening up a new clinics in Henderson/Las Vegas. The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for managing patient relations and selling the treatments. The company will rely on their ability to build rapport, help patients understand the benefits of our services and close deals and collect payments. They will be required to gain a thorough understanding of our procedures and why we differ from competition. While we require the Treatment Coordinator to have extensive knowledge of sales techniques and apply those tactics when necessary, this is absolutely not an aggressive sales approach. The primary concern of the Treatment Coordinator is patient relationship.
Responsibilities
1. Building rapport with patients
2. Assessing patient's body-sculpting goals
3. Helping patient's understand benefits of Belle Medical's services
4. Create a specific treatment plan
5. Close deals
6. Collect payment
7. Follow up with patients post-treatment

Compensation: $60,000 (base) $84,000 (with bonuses)
Currently there are no additional benefits offered, such as medical or dental.
Standard business hours are expected.
The hired applicants will be expected to start training one week prior to the opening date of the Las Vegas/Henderson clinic. It will be held at our headquarters in St George, Utah and travel expenses will be paid for.
