As we open our second state and fourth market (Austin, Houston, and Dallas and now Denver) we?re excited to find the right individual to be our Denver Sales Associate. Title and Core Responsibility:
Denver Sales Associate
Lead Seller of our Brand Channel products and services in the Denver market and beyond
Report to Colorado General Manager, Jason Neff
Compensation:
$28,000 (base) annual compensation as an Independent Contractor (plus commission)
Sales commission structure:
Part 1: Corporate Events: you will manage existing Sourced Brand Clients in Denver and be paid to create new ones. You will earn 5% of gross revenue per deal
Part 2: Barrel Aged Cocktail Subscription Services: Selling corporate clients our monthly subscription program that allows them to keep a Sourced Craft Cocktail Barrel Aged Cocktail in their home or office
You will receive 5% of the gross revenue per month and earn a continuing 5% every month the client remains on the subscription
Payment Terms: Sourced pays twice a monthly running payroll a total of 26 times per year. Sourced will pay the sales commission bonus at the end of the month following quarter?s close (so end of April for Q1), on all deals that have been paid in full
Expense Account:
You will be given a company credit card to put all expenses against agreed to budget. Expenses not on the company card are not reimbursable unless agreed to prior to the charge
You will also have an agreed to monthly budget to offer free tastings of our products for prospective clients
Behavior Expectations:
While we do not foresee any concerns or we would not be extending you the offer, we need to be crystal clear on three behavior expectations outside of sales performance factors:
DUI/PI: Any alcohol related law offense will be grounds for immediate termination
Client Relationships: All Sourced team members will have the utmost professional relationship with our clients
On Site: While at a Sourced events, we do not allow consumption of Sourced products

We are a rapidly growing experience company that crafts cocktail experiences at moments that matter to our clients. With over 275% month over month revenue growth, we?re expanding rapidly and looking to ramp our revenue by another 6x in 2017.

Denver Sales Associate Core Responsibilities:
Sourced Experience Selling: 60%
Take over existing client roster to perform client relationships and repeat business. Part of this is taking orders, and part of this is letting them know about fun new we?ve developed
Build and manage Client Prospect List in Retail, Real Estate, Brand, and Non-profit industries
Work directly with Sales Development Manager to inform him/her of sales proposals and invoices needed
Manage a sales pipeline around the ?break, grow, protect sales bucket philosophy?
Onboard new clients by putting them into TPP (our operational system)
Barrel Aged Subscription Selling: 30%
Develop prospective client target sales list in the Denver Metro and surrounding mountain towns focused on the following categories: technology companies, law firms, real estate, advertising agencies and co-working spaces
?Cold Call? this list and track response metrics (email open rates, response, negotiation, and close rates)
Manage a sales pipeline around the break, grow, protect sales bucket philosophy
On board new clients into our operations pipeline by inputting information into TPP (our software)
Other: 10%

Other Things a Potential Team Member Should Know
We don?t have a ?normal? work schedule ? there will be all day events and late night events on average 3x per week. Because our customer dictates our schedule, we are super flexible with work hours. We will need employees to be super flexible as well
For major events, such as large music festivals, travel will be required
We will require you to sign and adhere to a policy on the consumption of alcoholic beverages while on the job
Denver Sales Associate Requirements
College graduate
Existing relationships with corporations in the Denver area is a plus
Flexible work schedule
Ability to lead other employees and partners
Ability to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude and ability to deal effectively with guests, management, employees and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines with attention to detail
Colorado Alcohol Certification ? Sourced will reimburse for the time and course fee
