Office assistant/Flooring sales rep Job Opening in Hampstead, North carolina - King's Custom Hardwoods is seeking a motivated full time office assistant/flooring sales rep to work at our showroom in Hampstead. We are family owned and have been in business in this area for 12 years. Candidates should have prior experience with Quickbooks Online, have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail oriented. Prior flooring sales experience is a plus but not necessary as we are willing to train.
Responsibilities
Answer the phone and set up appointments
Input estimates and invoices into Quickbooks Online when provided with the information, as well as bill paying
Meet with clients at the showroom to go over all the flooring options we offer
Store cleanliness and organization
Education & Experience
Experience in a office is a plus
Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
Ability to multi-task and set priorities successfully and independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong client and customer service skills
*Ability to pass drug screen and/or background check
