Requirements:
We will assist you to create a comprehensive business plan and marketing strategy for your business
Participate in new agent coaching & training program plus company mentoring program
Prospect using multi-channel lead program to generate appointments and create new client relationships
Participate in MEGA Open House program to generate new client relationships
Attend company sales meeting and other events for education and networking
Leverage the Advanced Property Marketing System to market and sell listings
Take buyer clients on home tours and work with our advanced online tools to help them find the right property
Communicate with all clients on a regular basis and answer all questions
Represent your clients during real estate negotiations to achieve the best outcome
Maintain Georgia real estate commission and continuous education requirements associated with real estate licensure and REALTORŪ membership
