Sales and Marketing Assistant Job Opening in Alpharetta, Georgia - Our office is located in Alpharetta, GA next to North Point Mall. At Universal Allergy Solutions, we partner with clinics throughout the country and perform allergy services as well as other ancillary services. This is full time position 9 am - 5 pm at our Corporate Headquarters.
Job Requirements:
Sales and Marketing Assistant is responsible for communicating with field representatives that perform first contact with doctors offices.
Manage high traffic phone line acting as initial contact person responding to all questions and/or inquiries pertaining to the company
Responsible for supplying collateral for the field representatives
Experience with scheduling is required as the field representatives and marketing meetings/webinars are managed through one corporate schedule.
Professional Qualifications: positive mental attitude and awesome communication skills, ability to respond quickly to field representative needs, ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Detail oriented to ensure successful results in all items produced and tasks performed.
Software Experience a plus but not required in Sales Force, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design, Word Press.
Significant MS Office Business Suite experience
Minimum of 2 years in a Administrative Assistant role.
Salary range commensurate with experience and ability.
