We have two open desks and would love to have them filled by people with great personalities- all of us work really well together and we want people who will only add to that vibe! None of us are jerks- we don't want you to be one either : )
A property and casualty license is a requirement for this position. If you're newly licensed or have been licensed for 38 years- doesn't matter! We'll talk to anyone. We just want great insurance agents. Experienced or not!
Who We Are:
We are a new business full of people ready to work hard and make some money! We have a small office and want to keep it that way! We do not want more than 8 employees. We really are like a small family.
We are an OUTBOUND and INBOUND call insurance agency and guess what? We supply ALL of your leads! NO COLD CALLING!
Each agent receives anywhere from 20-45 leads per day- this is not counting any inbound calls!
This does mean that you're on the phone- a lot. If you don't like wearing a headset you won't like working for us. They look a little goofy but it's sadly a necessity. You can decorate your headset to make it a little better if you want. We'll get you a BeDazzler and you can go to town!
Compensation:
$15-$18 per hour PLUS commission
The lowest performing employee is making $2200 a month in commission and the highest performing employee is making $6000 a month in commission- there is definitely an opportunity to make money! However, you MUST be a licensed property and casualty insurance sales agent!
We sadly do have a downside (weird, right?) we are not currently offering any healthcare benefits- we are just too small and too new!
INSTEAD we will pay $30 towards your gym membership which is a GREAT tradeoff.
We'll also like buy you Starbucks and lunch sometimes.
Speaking of lunch we have many delicious treats available for your consumption in the break room. We don't have a fridge yet though- but don't worry, it gets here Wednesday.
We also don't have a bathroom mirror but that also gets here Wednesday.

Insurance is not cool, no one loves insurance. The people buying it don't love it, the people selling it don't love it- you only love it when you need to actually use it.
Since it's not a very inspiring industry, we really try our best to make our offices a really warm, fun, and welcoming environment.
