Join a team with unlimited potential in a dedicated sales role. Spend 100% of your time selling for 30+ different insurance carriers; no servicing of existing customers. We are looking for a Property/Casualty licensed insurance representative, preferably with life license as well, to generate new business quotes and sales for prospective customers. You will have the opportunity to learn to quote and write policies for clients in a fun environment with an experienced and fun team!

Insurance Agent position details:
Candidate will be developing referral sources & producing policies
Candidate will be required to network and build lasting customer relationships and referral sources
Candidate must evaluate each customer's personal insurance needs and suggest additions or changes to their policies
Opportunity to grow your book of business by attaining new client relationships
Responds to inquiries for policies, providing quotes, gathering necessary signatures and paperwork and binding coverage with carriers
Maintains appropriate insurance licenses
Meets sales goals as defined by Agency Owner
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Previous Insurance experience (1+ years required)
Must maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Must be comfortable with phone and face-to-face interaction with customers
Must be motivated and hard-working with an optimistic attitude
Strong leadership skills and ability to be part of a team required
Bilingual a plus
