A warm, outgoing and confident phone personality is a must! Part time and full time positions are available. Previous property & casualty insurance experience is required. Above industry average base pay with commission and bonus for licensed team members.
Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries, billing and change request
-Provide information about products and services
-Troubleshoot and resolve policy issues and concerns
-Document and update customer records based on interactions
-Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous property & casualty insurance experience
-Ability to build rapport with clients -Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Positive and professional demeanor
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel
