We are looking for a SALES PROFESSIONAL to join our Service Department Team and hit the ground running! We are looking for someone who understands the sense of urgency in getting tasks done quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Creating HVAC/Plumbing proposals for Service Work as well as Planned Maintenance Agreements.
- Working with a wide array of equipment/parts vendors to get proposals out to the customers.
- Meeting with local customers and assessing their mechanical needs; while providing solutions.
- Working with state entities to create state proposals.
- Strategizing with team members and technicians to create the most comprehensive solutions for our customers.
- Spending time with customers and getting to know how we can impact their business in a positive way.
Qualifications:
- (2 -10) years Mechanical background experience emphasizing Plumbing and HVAC.
- (2 -10) years? experience working with the Service side or Maintenance Agreements is preferred.
- An understanding of Mechanical Systems and the knowledge to write HVAC and Plumbing proposals preferred.
- An insatiable attitude to grow the business, and work as a TEAM to achieve and supersede goals.
- An expertise in Customer Service and Problem Solving.
