MarketGraphics Research Group, Inc. is a nationally recognized leader in the new home market research industry located in Franklin, Tennessee. MarketGraphics is expanding and adding additional field auditors to our team. The Field Auditor responsibilities include traveling to various MG markets and counting homes/lots. MG tracks new homes under construction, newly finished and newly occupied in new residential subdivisions. The average audit lasts between 4-6 days, consecutively. The auditor will visit an average of 250-300 subdivisions per market. Each auditor generally drives an average of 2-3 audits per month.
Qualifications:
25 years of age or older (rental car requirement)
Must be able to provide a clean 3 year driving record (insurance company requirement)
Must have current Tennessee driver?s license
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Microsoft Office knowledge and competent computer skills
Willing to travel out of town
Maturity, self-discipline, ability to self-manage time
Great Attitude, willingness and enthusiasm to learn, grow and work with a great group of people
