We are seeking an organized, motivated individual for the role of Director of Hospital Central Billing to work under the general direction of the Vice President of Clinical Operations. ? Oversee the development of policies and procedures related to health system operations
? Make an impact on financial performance and service quality through continuous process improvement initiatives and execution of management tasks

Desired Skills and Experience
? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Management, or related field, or an equivalent combination or education, training, and experience
? Ten (10) years of hospital revenue cycle management experience
? EPIC experience is required
? Healthcare Financial Management Association CHFP Certification
? Preferred experience in management role in revenue cycle turnaround effort, business office consolidation or right-sizing effort, management role in healthcare AR system conversion, management experience in a business office operating on the Epic system
? Knowledge of accounting systems and insurance issues, healthcare industry including issues and trends, legal issues in field of expertise, required third party and governmental guidelines, work processing, spreadsheet, and database software
