Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Park City, Utah - Identity Properties is seeking a part-time, year round Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
Responsibilities include working closely with our HOA Liaison and accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices. Our ideal candidate has proven experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting, is proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office, the ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records, proficiency in English and MS Office, some customer service experience and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. This position starts between $12 - $15 per hour DOE and includes medical and vacation benefits.
