Night Auditor Job Opening in Cedar City, Utah - Must be able to multi-task, reconcile guest room accounts. Represents hotel to guest throughout all stages of guest's stay. Determines a guest's reservation status and identifies how long guest will stay. Helps guests complete registration cards and assigns rooms accommodating special requests whenever possible. Verifies guest's method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures. Places guest and room information in the appropriate areas, and communicates this information to the appropriate hotel personnel. Maintains guest room key storage. Answers phones. Is sales-minded. Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices. Knows the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property. Has basic information about the area. Keeps area clean and tidy. Resolves guest problems. Performs other duties requested by management. Prepare breakfast. Hours are 11 pm to 7 am
