This position offers a terrific opportunity for a sales professional to grow, learn, and make a big impact at a landmark time in the company?s development. This role requires a proven track record of relationship development. The candidate will be given some existing clients to nurture, but they will also be expected to develop a new book of business from a prospect list that is aligned with the consumers we reach.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative selling environment and has a passion for creating solutions that help our clients meet their advertising needs. Zoom has a culture heavily focused both on aggressive growth and teamwork and we are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in the media and marketing field. The candidate is responsible for meeting and ultimately exceeding revenue targets. The base salary is commensurate on experience plus commission.
Requirements:
A track record of achievement of at least 2 years of experience in media sales.
Out of home, digital media, TV/broadcast and experiential sales experience a plus.
The ability to create solutions that meet the needs of our customers from brand team to media agencies to shopper marketing and consumer promotions agencies.
Great communication plus persuasive presentation and closing skills.
The passion to become an ideation leader.
Candidate must have a demonstrated track record of leadership, success, and progress in past endeavors.
Possess a dynamic, high-energy, self-motivating and entrepreneurial personality.
25-30% traveling
