Minimum Career Requirements Include:
Experience selling solutions versus commodities, in a highly competitive market
Strong prospecting (both over the phone and in person) and closing skills
Proven success selling to the hospitality or healthcare industries as well as outside, service sales
Drive to be highly competitive and aggressive
Must have the ability to lift up to 20 pounds
HS Grad or GED equivalent
To stand out over other applicants, candidate should also have:
Hospitality and medical sales experience is a plus
Stable work history
Previous experience with contractual business sales (i.e. office equipment, business systems, communication solutions, advertising, waste management, etc.)
Demonstrated history of continual learning and self-improvement
Excellent driving record
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills
