Successful maxill Candidate Requirements have:
Minimum of 2 year?s demonstrated sales or customer service experience preferred. ( Dental industry sales or dental clinical experience preferred )
A total customer driven approach, focusing on a commitment for quality sales / service
Daily utilization of our proprietary on-line and mobile app CRM for sales call management
Residence within territory / market where your customer base is located. Reduce travel costs!
and maintain a valid Driver?s License, reliable vehicle and automobile insurance
Demonstrated organizational, planning and communication skills
Goals to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence and determination
proficient computer literacy skills and working knowledge of most common business software applications such as in MS Outlook or web based email services we provide
have a laptop or desktop PC and a smartphone to access mobile and stationary maxill software and related programs
1099 Independent Sales Representatives are compensated on a commission basis bi-weekly with payment determined upon Gross purchases their accounts have made for the previous two (2) week period.
maxill ESR?s are able to track sales and customer activity anytime via our proprietary 24/7 CRM system. Our commissions are calculated from the sale price so that YOU know what you are making vs. some imaginary Gross Margin calculation our competition uses.
