Financial Manager Job Opening in Camden, Arkansas - Ouachita County Medical Center is seeking applications for Full-time Financial Manager.
: Work with hospital CEO, Senior Management, department managers, to develop financial goals and objectives for the hospital. Perform financial analysis for the organization and present recommendations for improvement. Manage monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and other financial reports. And other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or Accounting from accredited university or 3-5 years in accounting experience is required.
Experience in a Hospital or Healthcare industry is preferred
Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
All applicants must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to perform well individually and within group settings, have the ability to handle situations professionally and accurately, and must be able to provide care with courtesy, friendliness and respect.
