with the Director of Outpatient Services in preparing and administering the departmental annual operating and capital budgets within financial expectations; accounts for variance.
as liaison between clinic nursing staff and clinic providers.
, develops, retains, and leads an appropriate number of personnel to meet department needs and the goals and objectives of Livingston HealthCare (LHC).
supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, discipline, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
direct clinic nursing care and assessment, ensuring quality control of area nursing operations.
to administrative policies and procedures relating to human resource management.
and maintains departmental policies and procedures to ensure adherence to professional and legal standards, quality of service, fiscal control, and customer relations.
evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice and nursing services, analyzing appropriate internal and external data and information to identify opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders for improving services and patient outcomes to include CGAHPs,
education programs designed to assist the staff nurse in the progression from novice to expert in the practice of nursing.
to nursing management education and professional development of staff, students, and colleagues in an environment of mutual respect and understanding.
decisions and actions on ethical principles and fosters a non-discriminatory climate in which care is delivered in a manner sensitive to socio-cultural diversity.
research and integrating evidence-based knowledge into the identification of best practice in the delivery of nursing care to the appropriate population.
and monitors regulatory agency standards and customer service expectations for the practice of all aspects of nursing.

Qualifications
Bachelor?s in Nursing Degree,
Current active in good standing Montana RN license.
BLS certification.

The Clinic Nurse Manager is responsible for the management of nursing practice and operations of the clinics. This includes, but is not limited to, the management of: nursing practice, staff recruitment and retention, nurse staffing, supply chain and budget, employee performance evaluations, quality improvement, staff education, medical records documentation, internal and external regulatory and survey requirements.
