Outside Sales Representative- Storm Restoration Job Opening in Crystal Lake, Illinois - Innovative Home Concepts and IHC public Adjusters are looking for qualified storm restoration consultants who can assist in inspecting damaged areas, signing residents to an agreement, working with our PA's on adjustments and handling back end color choices and collecting the deposits and balances.
Experienced candidates will be compensated with a 12/50/50 gross profit split. Company leads will be an additional 5%. We have more leads than we can handle at the moment so are really in search of candidates with experience.
Must have own truck, tools, ladders.
What we offer:
1099 position
12/50/50 split of commissions.
In- house supplementer (10% of supplement paid to supplementer)
Company leads
Company truck after sales goals are met.
Company sales trip when companies goals are met.
We are currently working the entire chicagoland area.
