Junior Web Developer Job Opening in denver, Colorado - Junior Web Developer Qualvu is seeking an entry level Web Developer to join our engineering team as a full-time, salaried employee with excellent benefits. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and motivated recent graduate to join our rapidly growing development team. Qualified candidates must have a 4 year degree from an accredited university in either Computer Science or Software Engineering. Candidates must be team-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering high quality software. This is not a position for graphic designers, application assemblers, desktop application developers or tie wearers. Strong object-oriented programming knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a team environment is required. Relational database, Linux and web application programming experience is a plus. Ideal candidates will have experience developing Web applications using a mix of open source and proprietary tools. You have at least 2 years of experience developing Web applications in a production environment, as well as a strong proficiency in PHP. You must also have at least a working knowledge of UNIX, preferably Linux. Required Skills: - Practical experience designing relational databases and writing SQL queries. MySQL is preferred. - Object oriented development in a common Web Development language.
