All applicants must have the following: A current and valid California guard card. Reliable transportation Be 18 years of age or older A valid Driver License 1 year or more experience within this profession 1 year or more experience in the Bar/Nightclub and event area of security Be physically able to stand a post for 4 hours or more without pain or fatigue Excellent English verbal communication skills.
