We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Director of Sales & Marketing with a passion for working with seniors and their families.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel/hospitality or related healthcare environment preferred
Previous sales experience and successful track record in identifying & building local relationships to drive business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to facilitate small group presentations as representative of our community in the local market
Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills as well as a deep passion for seniors to successfully nurture relationships
Schedule flexibility to work one weekend day per week as well as some evenings as necessary
Previous experience in a new development is a plus
Minimum 3 years sales management experience
Bachelor?s Degree in business, marketing or communications or equivalent experience
Experience in relationship-based sales of services or intangibles is a plus
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and experience working with a CRM is required
