The ideal person should be decisive, self-motivated and have a consultative style. We are looking for aggressive, competitive, high performers who are persuasive, outgoing, people-persons. Real Estate License is not required. Income is performance driven and has no ceiling. Position is based in Blue Bell, PA.
Responsibilities
Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by our team.
Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and cold calling.
Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
Understand and adhere to local, state and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services.
