ChartSpan is shaking up and revolutionizing the world of chronic care management for patients and we want you to be a part of our team. Your title will be Clinical Support Specialist . A Clinical Support Specialist coordinates care between patients and their medical providers. Your role is to coordinate care for patients and assist them in obtaining the resources they need to improve their health. From our call center in downtown Greenville you will be working directly with patients and their providers to update patient records, request specialist referrals, process prescription refills, assist with medication adherence, and schedule future appointments. You will have the opportunity to help hundreds of patients and make a huge impact in the world of healthcare.

We are currently hiring full-time bilingual (English and Spanish) employees to work 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
In order to be considered for this position you must be bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English) and possess a current license as a CNA, CMA, RMA or LPN.
