CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRENSENTATIVE Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - Job Summary
Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking customers' order, inputting them into the system, generating a pick slip for order pullers, maintenance order, then printing invoice. Will handle customers' , prepare shipping documents, data entry and other office related functions.
Essential Duties
Process Orders - inputting orders placed by phone, fax, e-mail, web portal and voicemail
Provide an excellent customer experience through service and product knowledge
Handle multiple phone calls/orders (be able to multi-task)
Respond promptly to customer inquiries on product and product availability (follow through)
Collating and filing of invoices and other paperwork
Secondary Duties
Solicit sales of new or additional products.

Education
This position requires a high school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate) and 2 years of previous experience.
