Accounting Specialist Job Opening in Plainville, Connecticut - Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. (Loureiro) is seeking an Accounting Specialist to add to our team. The right candidate is able to multi-task, thrives in a fast-paced environment, team-player with strong communications skills both verbal and written, and has a strong working knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the accounting and finance team;
Client billing and A/R collections;
Project set-up and oversight of A/P processes;
General support to our internal and external clients.
Requirements:
Accounting degree;
3+ years of accounting experience;
Experience with QuickBooks;
Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus;
Experience with A/R and A/P;
Project based billing.
