We are currently seeking a part time accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-orientated, organized, willing and able to work on their own as well as in a team environment, and be motivated toward making a positive impact both on the firm and our clients.
Responsibilities
Assistance in compiling workpapers
Assistance in monitoring tasks
Reviewing accounting transactions
Reconciling accounts
Assistance in the preparation of tax exempt organization tax returns
Digital filing of supporting workpapers documentation
Assistance in preparing financial reports
Assistance to clients QuickBooks Software
Assisting on special projects
Maintenance of deadline schedules
85% work in office/15% in the field (CT Only)
Qualifications:
S. Degree in Accounting or minimum three years accounting related job experience
Part-time (Flexible hours)
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
