Home Alarm Installers Job Opening in columbia, South Carolina - Home Alarm Installers Pinnacle Security is proud to announce the opening for a Full-Time Alarm Technician in the Columbia area. We are looking for a self-motivated and self-managing individual who is capable of installing and servicing home security systems, as well as represent our company by being the face of customer service for the area. We are looking for someone who is management material, and will be able to hire, train, and manage a team of technicians in 1 - 2 years based on the need. Our company is expanding at a fast pace, and for this reason we ask that only serious applicants who are interested in long-term positions apply. Most service tickets and installs are located in the Columbia area, but must be willing to cover 100-mile radius. Construction or Electrical related experience is preferred as well as security installation experience but not required. We will train based on the level of your experience. Customer Service oriented skills are a must. Systems we offer include the Simon XT, Lynx, Concord, and Vista. We will provide tools if not already owned. You must have your own vehicle, cell phone, computer, and printer/scanner. Responsibilities include: -Installing and servicing Simon XT, Lynx, Concord, and Vista security systems. -Self-Managing the area, as well as time between appointments -Interacting with customers and resolving issues -Traveling to daily scheduled appointments and being on call once they?re finished -Tracking personal inventory and submitting counts weekly -Attending weekly Regional Conference Calls Qualifications Required: - Availability of 40 hours per week - Troubleshooting Skills - Effective Communication Skills - Professional / Well Maintained - Prompt and Timely / Well Organized - Pass drug test, motor vehicle check, and criminal background check STARTING Pay breakdown: 40 hours - $0.51 per mile driven - $20 per service call completed - $50 per install completed - $100 Month Cell Phone / Internet Reimbursement - (Average 3-5 service calls/day) Email resume to with subject line Columbia RESUME for consideration.
